- Sodium from Sodium Bicarbonate: 103.5mg
- 156mg of potassium per 200mL dose
- 276mg of sodium per 200mL dose
Directions for Use:
- Remove 2 tablets from the tube and replace the cap tightly.
- Dissolve the tablets in 200mL of fresh, cold drinking water (use freshly boiled and cooled water for babies under 6 months).
- Sip the solution slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
- Discard unused solution after 2 hours, or 24 hours if refrigerated.
- Do not mix Hydralyte with cordial, fruit juice, soft drinks, or sports drinks.
- Always dissolve in water—never place tablets directly into the mouth.
- Under 12 months: 2-4 tablets in the first 6 hours, up to 10 tablets per day
- 1-3 years: 4-6 tablets in the first 6 hours, up to 14 tablets per day
- 3-6 years: 6-8 tablets in the first 6 hours, up to 20 tablets per day
- 6-12 years: 8-14 tablets in the first 6 hours, up to 26 tablets per day
- 12 years and older (Adults): 12-20 tablets in the first 6 hours, up to 40 tablets per day
