Centrum For Men 50+ has increased levels of most B Group Vitamins including Folic acid to support daily vitality , Pantothenic acid, iron Zinc to help support mental performance, vitamin B6 and folic Acid to help maintain healthy heart and Vitamins A,C E , betacarotene , selenium and zinc to help support immunity.

Warnings

Contains Sulfites.

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. Do not exceed a daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements.
