Directions for Use:
- Shake the NIVEA sunscreen bottle well before use.
- Apply generously and evenly to your skin 20 minutes before sun exposure.

- Avoid prolonged sun exposure, especially during midday, and wear protective clothing, sunglasses, and wide-brimmed hats while outside.
- Allow the sunscreen to dry before dressing and avoid contact with fabric to prevent staining.
