Directions for Use:
- For Nasal Congestion and Coughs:
- Rub-on: For adults and children aged 2 years and above, apply a thick layer to the chest, neck, and back.
- Steam Inhalation: For adults and children aged 6 years and above, add 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of Vicks VapoRub into a bowl of steaming (not boiling) water. Inhale the vapors with a towel over your head and the bowl for 10-15 minutes. Repeat up to four times a day. Use with care to avoid scalding.

- Rub-on: For adults and children aged 2 years and above, apply to affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician.
