The bath is ready when the grey panel blends with the cloudy water, leaving only the black panel visible. If both panels are still visible, repeat steps 2-3 until only the black panel is visible.
If neither panel is visible, you have added too much bath oil for eczema. Add more water and repeat steps 2-3.
Soak in the bath for 10-15 minutes and gently pat your skin dry afterward.
